Declare Label Launch – Melbourne, Australia

5 April 2017 at 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

RSVP via eventbrite

There has never been a better time to get involved in Declare, the nutrition label and product database that is changing the materials marketplace. With 15 projects already registered in Australia and more than 300 projects worldwide, Declare is a powerful platform to push Australia forward, offering a more transparent platform for supply chain procurement.

Amanda Sturgeon, CEO of the International Living Future Institute, will share her insights into how Declare and the Living Building Challenge’s Materials Petal has had transformative impacts on manufacturing processes globally. NH Architecture’s Roger Nelson and Fabian Jungbeck will talk about the material selection process for Frasers Property Australia’s Burwood Brickworks. Chris Wynn from Mohawk Group is going to describe the drive from a manufacturer’s perspective to adopt Declare for their products, and their experience with the process.

This is an event for:

Manufacturers looking for a competitive edge and a new point-of-entry into world leading regenerative projects.

Informed Designers wanting to stay up-to-date on the latest supply chain platforms, including Red List toxic chemicals.

Contractors who are looking to learn about how Declare can act as a tool to mitigate risk.

Anyone who believes Australia needs a more transparent way of procuring products that are non-toxic and non-harmful to human health.

You can read more about the label on the Declare webpage.
