Masterclass: Facilitating a biophilic design charette

22 May at 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Good facilitation is an underrated skill but it can be learnt and most importantly, practiced.

The Living Building Challenge requires teams to facilitate a Biophilic Design workshop as part of the Beauty Petal. If you do this well, not only will you have a Biophilic Design strategy, but also a project team of engaged humans who are excited and motivated to do tough things together. You will have uncovered good ideas from unexpected sources and surfaced worries that could hold the project back. In short, a well facilitated workshop could profoundly influence the project’s success.

Biophilic Design is used as the context but not the content for this session. If you are just interested in facilitation skills, this would work well for you. If you would like to learn more about Biophilic Design, we recommend our Biophilic Design 101 webinar on the 19th of June.

Please note: This master class will be capped at 25 participants.
