Case Study: Unison Networks Windsor Substation Switchroom

In 2023, Windsor Substation became the world’s first landscape and infrastructure project to receive Living Building Challenge 4.0 Petal Certification. The project team have dubbed this ‘A Small Building with a Big Heart,’ and could see the potential it had for creating a ripple effect in Aotearoa New Zealand and around the world.

Join some of the project team as we discover how this project came about, what it took to build it and the lessons learnt along the way.
