How long will early bird pricing be available?
Early Bird pricing will be available until 11:59PM on the 4h February 2022 (AEDT).
Are discounted tickets available?
Tickets are discounted during the early bird period (effective until 11:59PM February 4, 2022 AEDT). If affordability is an issue but you would like to attend, please get in touch with the LFIA team.
I purchased a ticket but did not receive confirmation

In-Person Experiences
Where will the in-person experiences be held?
The in-person venue for Melbourne is Petal Certified Burwood Brickworks, the first shopping centre in the world to receive a Living Buiding Challenge Certification. In Sydney, the venue will be Botanic House surrounded by nature in the Royal Botanic Gardens.
Ticket holders will receive details for where to meet at each venue closer to the date.
COVID-19 Policy
The Symposium will be held in accordance with event requirements as ordered by NSW and Victorian State governments at the time of the event. Event details are subject to change and any major changes will be communicated to ticket holders via email and the Symposium website.
Should the in-person component of the event be cancelled due to restrictions in place on in-person gatherings due to COVID-19, a refund can be issued for the in-person portion of the ticket, being the difference between the ticket purchased and the ONLINE ticket.
If you are feeling unwell and have symptoms of COVID-19, please attend online and do not attend this event in person.
Where's my Daily Brew?
Your Daily Brew will be delivered to your inbox each morning of the Symposium with a new Daybreak Keynote Video, important information and notes to help you make the most of your day.
It will be sent to the attendee email that the buyer provided when they purchased the ticket. This pre-Symposium Daily Brew will be sent on the Friday or Saturday prior to Symposium (depending on when you registered).
If you aren’t getting these emails, please make sure you check your junk or promotion folders. If there still isn’t anything there, please get in touch with our team with your ticket details and we’ll look into the issue for you.
Online Sessions
Will online sessions be recorded?
Online sessions will not be recorded.
How will online session be hosted?
Online sessions will be hosted on Zoom. A link will be sent to ticket holders closer to the date. If you have any issues joining the zoom session please contact us.
